Marketing and Professional Development of the Photographer

The goal of the workshop is for you to understand everything that professionalism entails.

Many people think that selling photos makes them professionals, but that's not true. There's a professional lifestyle with its own codes and practices, and when we understand and follow them, we see that our profession becomes something truly interesting and respected.

It's like saying, "playing at another level, in another league."

Everything you learn in this workshop will open a world of possibilities, allowing you to develop effective planning skills. You'll gain the foundations and tools to connect with clients and build relationships, not just sell photos, by marketing your work in a truly professional manner. Understanding ethics, professional practices, and how photography is marketed will empower you to make decisions that will grow your career and improve your quality of life .

You'll also learn the basic requirements for having an online presence . We'll install and configure the necessary tools to create a website as a digital portfolio , using free tools that meet web standards for a proper digital presence.

To achieve this goal we will use WordPress, a tool so robust that currently 40% of the world's websites are created with this content manager.

At the end of the workshop you will have your digital portfolio up and running , connected to the necessary contact methods to interact with your clients and configured so that search engines know what you offer.
